Shame on You, Joe!!!

There are a lot of words I could use to describe this character Joe McGinniss, but I have promised myself that I would keep this blog as clean as possible. For those of you out there who don’t know Joe, he is the whacky guy who tried to bid on dinner with the Sarah for the auction she participated in some months back. He also is known to follow the gov around. And if that isn’t enough, now he has moved in right next door to Sarah Palin and her family. Now, usually a new neighbor is welcomed into the neighborhood with open arms and potluck foods or some yummy homemade cookies, but this neighborhood situation is a little bit different. This is because Joe’s latest stunt is penning a book about Governor Palin and her family. This guy is not decent in any sense of the word, and nothing good could come from his writing this book.

This guy is out to target and destroy Sarah, and it seems nothing other than maybe a very high fence can keep him out. I don’t deny that it is this man’s First-Amendment right to write any sort of book he wants to, but did he really have to move right next door to the Palin family to write it? This is not only creepy, but downright outrageous. If I was Sarah or Todd, I would feel very uncomfortable for my children and grandchild to be outside in the backyard with this gentleman living right next door. A family’s home should be a personal castle. This man is acting more like a member of the paparazzi than a friendly neighbor. If this man has any dignity at all, he will respect the Palin family’s privacy, but something tells me this man will not give up until he has the expose he seems so intent on writing. I do not blame Sarah for being upset. I find it hypocritical that members of the loony liberal left are calling her a crybaby, but defend celebrities from the paparazzi. I do not see the difference. Once again, the liberal left have no shred of common decency when it comes to defending Sarah Palin. They are unable to clearly see when a line has been crossed. The Palin family is no different from any other family in that they too deserve their privacy. It would be very wise for Mr. McGinniss if he wised up and realized this. It is clear he has not wised up yet, but maybe he will when hears the construction going on next door with the construction of that huge fence, which I learned Todd just completed. Todd and Sarah, I have a suggestion for you: If it is not too late, paint the side of the fence facing Mr. McGinniss’ house a really ugly shade of chartreuse. That way, he’ll have something to look at and get the welcome he REALLY deserves.

What Last Night's Results Tell Us

What do last night's poll results tell us? As a conservative blogger, there are three fascinating points that I take away from last night's results:

1) A Sarah Palin Endorsement is Gold: When Sarah endorsed Rand Paul in Kentucky, over the other candidates, many were left speechless. I know several individuals who said Rand Paul essentially had no chance of winning the Republican Primary. Boy, were these individuals wrong. Not only did Rand Paul win last night, but he won big. He managed to capture over 50 percent of the vote and energize a state and country in the process. Is Rand Paul the perfect conservative candidate? No, but I believe there is no such thing as the "perfect candidate." Each and every candidate has his or her own beliefs regarding what classifies them as a Republican or Democrat. It baffles my mind the way in which so many people seem to get their panties in a bunch whenever Sarah does not endorse the candidate of their choice. In the recent weeks, I have seen some very strong, offensive language directed at Sarah by members of her own party. When she endorsed Rand Paul and even Carly Fiorina out here in my home state of California, she did so after strong consideration for what would be best for the people of Kentucky and California. It is fine for individuals to disagree with Sarah's endorsements, but instead of attacking her online and calling her vile names, take your anger to the ballot box. Your vote is the greatest endorsement there is.

I am left wondering one thing: Since when did it become law that Sarah has to please everyone? Having met and talked with her, I KNOW FOR A FACT, Sarah is her own woman and makes her own decisions. She never makes any decision without first researching and doing some soul searching. This is one of the reasons I admire her so much. She makes her own path. With her endorsement of Rand Paul, Sarah proved that she is her own woman and as far from a Washington insider as you can get.

Rand Paul's victory last night overwhelmingly proves that the good people of Kentucky agree with Sarah's judgment. The good people of Kentucky are tired of the politics as usual and just want someone who will go to Washington to work for them, putting their best interests to heart. Thank you, Sarah, for stepping up and for being your independent self. You continue to energize and rejuvenate America!!!

2) The Tea Party Movement Continues to Move Full Steam Ahead: Rand Paul's victory last night can also be heavily attributed to the tea party movement. Don't let the lamestream/mainstream media try to tell you this movement is fading or splitting up the Republican Party. On the contrary, this movement is growing, and if last night is any indication, the movement will continue to grow and have a huge impact on upcoming elections. This is what the media fear. Just as their attacks on Sarah illustrate the fear they have in her, their dismissal of the tea party movement as being a serious movement is another sign of fear. The last thing the media want to happen is for average-day Americans to have a say and let their voices be heard. As soon as this happens, the media know they have lost in selling their president. We all know the msm are in the tank for President Obama, and the more the tea party movement grows and expands, the less of an impact the msm will have in selling false advertising. All I have to say to all of this is: "Rock on, Tea Party Movement! Keep fighting the good fight and taking the commonsense conservative message all the way to Washington DC."

3) If You're a Democrat, Stay Away from an Obama Endorsement: It is crystal clear, from what we saw last night, that an endorsement from Obama is an epic fail. There is only so much glitz and glamour an individual can take before they realize they've been conned. The American people are fed up with what is occurring in Washington. Americans are seeing the wasteful spending that is occurring, and instead of sitting back, they have decided to do something about it. Just like the tea party movement is taking the country by storm, so too is the anti-Obama mood. There isn't too much more to say about this other than to kick the bums out and, in the process, kick the antics of the Obama Administration to the curb.

Sarah Puts on Full Court Press Against Ilinois Assistant Superintendent!!!

Once again, Sarah is taking a stand for the folks. I am so angry that an assistant school superintendent in Illinois is going to cancel a planned basketball tournament trip to Arizona. As a former softball player, who played in a variety of tournaments growing up, I am disgusted that this woman would play politics this way. These girls have been working hard for months just to raise the funds necessary travel to Arizona, and all of a sudden an individual wants to "quit" on them? If anything, this assistant superintendent should be giving them a going-away parade, wishing them luck in the tournament. What does this teach young athletes- that it's okay to bailout when you don't like someone else's politics? We need to stand by these girls and fight for them!!! I encourage you to join the Facebook group mentioned in Sarah's post below and let your voice be heard!!!

Hey Girls, Play Ball!

This has-been ball player/Wasilla Warrior would like to send a shout out of support to the Highland Park High School Giants Girls Basketball Team in Illinois. These girls have been working, having bake sales, and saving money for months in order play in a hoop tournament in Arizona. They’ve won their school’s first conference title in 26 years, but now because a school bureaucrat – an assistant superintendent – wants to play politics, they’re not allowed to play ball.

Keeping girls off the court for political reasons? As I said last night in Illinois: “Them’s fightin’ words.”

The assistant superintendent claims that a trip to Arizona “would not be aligned with our beliefs and values.” But apparently the school has no problem sending kids on trips to China, which has a population control policy that is anti-girl in practice – contributing to female infanticide and abandonment and sex-selective abortions. So, is China – with its many serious human rights violations (too many to list here) – “aligned” with the “values and beliefs” of the school? But our sister-state of Arizona is not? Really? This is ridiculous and totally unfair to the girls who just want to play ball. Going to Arizona to play in a tournament will not endanger them, and the ban sure doesn’t solve the problem of unsecured borders.

These boycotts of Arizona will not help the state or lead to positive change. Economic and political boycotts of our nation’s 48th state will hurt all Arizonans – including all members of the Hispanic community. If people really want to help, they should tell President Obama to do his job: secure the border. If he were to do his job, the good people of Arizona, who have been overwhelmed by violence on their border, would not feel compelled to do it for him.

In the meantime, let’s help the girls “go rogue” and go play ball. Please take a look at this Facebook page set up on their behalf.

Let’s have our own bake sale! Let the girls play ball!

- Sarah Palin

Thankful for my Beautiful Mommy!!!

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there. I love my mom. If that old notion is true that a girl's mom is her best friend, then my mom is definitely mine. For my entire life, my mom has always put her kids first, making sure that we were always provided for. While my dad is awesome, and I love him to death, there is just something special about a girl's relationship with her mother. There are so many "girl moments" that I can recall having with my mom while growing up. I can recall a ton of funny moments and those moments that I had when all I wanted to do was be held and cry on her shoulder. I know I am lucky when I can truly say that my mom has ALWAYS been there for this Conservative Girl with a Voice.

I definitely know there were times when my mom probably wanted to pull all of her hair out over the antics of her three children, but she never quit believing in my brother, sister and me. She has always taught me to dream big and set big goals for myself. I can still remember the little things like her helping to run the PTA and always being there to pick me up after school and being the team mom for my softball teams. She has been there through think and thin- from consoling me in middle school over my "boy troubles" to taking me in her arms and telling me how proud she was of me even after I screwed up that puzzle during my appearance on Wheel of Fortune. I am so blessed and thankful God gave me a mom who has never given up on me even during the times I wanted to give up on myself.

I had a great childhood, full of so many ups and few downs, and mom made that possible. My mom was the individual who's responsible for the personal relationship I have with Jesus Christ. I will never forget sitting on the swing set, mom was on the swing beside me, when I was about five years old and accepting Jesus into my heart. I will forever be thankful to her and dad for bringing my brother, sister and I up in a loving, Christian home.

My mom has taught me so much, and I cannot wait to have a daughter whom I can teach the same lessons. One of the best lessons my mom has taught me is to always believe in myself and know that I can achieve whatever I set my eyes upon. This whole "world is my oyster" philosophy sticks with me to this day. I will never forget what mom told me recently as I sat in the car, on our way home from my Wheel of Fortune taping. I kept telling my family that I couldn't stop kicking myself for having screwed up that puzzle. I would have won about $17,000 and two trips- one to Britain and another to Cabo. I kept going on about the "what ifs" when mom told me to look her in the eye; now, for all you out there, you know good and well that when mama says to look her in the eye, you better listen and do it pronto! When I looked over at her, here is what mom told me:

"Rachelle, you were so blessed to be chosen to be on America's number one game show. Out of the millions who try out each year, you were selected. I know God has big plans for your life, and being on Wheel of Fortune is going to look like a small fete when you look back on your life. It is something to add to your bucket list. You are a beautiful, smart, intelligent young woman, and I know you will continue to succeed and do great things."

At that moment, with tears in my eyes, I knew my mom was right. I knew I had been blessed with the opportunity to do something so many people will never get the chance to do. With this said, I realize that I have so much to be thankful for and so much that I still want to do and achieve. It is because of the values and work ethic that mom has instilled in me that I know I can do it as long as I continue to work hard and rely on God in my life. Thank you, mom, for always helping me to believe in myself and NEVER giving up on me. I am so blessed and honored to be able to call you "mom." Although I may not tell you this everyday, I love you!!!

Please Sign this Petition and Show Your Support for Sarah Palin!!!

It is crucial that we do everything in our power to make sure the Discovery Channel's Sarah Palin's Alaska series goes forward without a hitch. As I type this, liberal haters and the PDS infected anti-Sarah crowd are doing everything in their power to stop Discovery from airing the series. What is their beef? Sarah, oh course. I didn't even have to ask, right? Even though it has been confirmed that this series will NOT be about Sarah, but instead the state of Alaska, these individuals are hell bent on destroying a series that will do nothing, but benefit the Alaska in terms of exposure, tourism not to mention other great things. Moreover, this series will show how beautifully plentiful the state of Alaska is and how much the state has to offer America.

Will you join me and click here to sign a petition to show your support for this Discovery series? Please spread the word; tell your friends!!! After all, we are Sarah's army- a mighty army!!! Join me, and let's fight this good fight together!!!
